DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, USA, New Zealand and Australia.

However, if you're somewhere else in the world, we can also ship to most other places, please contact us at customerservice@hopefashion.co.uk so we can arrange this directly.

A delivery charge (inclusive of any VAT) will be added to your order value as follows:

UK DELIVERIES

Orders are delivered by DHL Parcel UK, although we may occasionally use different couriers.

Delivery times are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change, but we work on:

  • UK mainland
    • Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday are sent by DHL Parcel UK Next Day Tracked to arrive on the following working day.
    • Orders placed after 1pm and on a Friday are sent by DHL Parcel UKl Next day Tracked to arrive in 2 working days.
  • UK Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
    • Order to Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (postcodes JE, GY, IM, HS2, PA61-75, PA78, KW16-17, PH30 and PH41-44) are sent UK mail Tracked and are usually delivered in 2 to 5 working days.

Once you have received a despatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your order to your doorstep.

Times for delivery start from the day you placed your order.

All deliveries are subject to our third party couriers’ terms and conditions.

Hope cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
